- Bearlodge fire (northeastern WY) is planning to burn piles from Moskee Road to Sand Creek to Surprise Gulch. Piles are part of the Mongoose timber sale, roughly 15 miles SE of Sundance, WY.
- Mystic fire (central hills) is planning to burn a pile 2.5 miles northeast of Hill City, SD. The pile is located near the intersection of Mitchell Lake Rd and Highway 385. Smoke may also be visible from Highway 16.
