The Black Hat and Bear Mountain Handcrews will be burning approximately 140 slash piles in the Boulder Canyon area today, January 14 and tomorrow, January 15. Crews will continue to tend and monitor slash piles until they are dead out. Smoke may be visible for several days in the surrounding areas. Photo taken by Adam Fritz.
