State handcrews will be burning small slash piles at the following locations:
- Bear Mountain will be burning piles in Hermosa – approximately 150 piles.
- Black Hats will be burning piles at 2 Hour Rd in Custer – approximately 175 piles.
The piles will continue to be monitored throughout the week.
